Swedish meatballs are served hot, covered in a smoky cream sauce that gives them a rich, enveloping flavour. Baked until they form a light crust, they have a slightly crispy exterior that contrasts with the juicy interior. They are accompanied by a colourful array of vegetables: fresh broccoli and green beans, along with vibrant orange sweet potatoes, all roasted in the oven to preserve their flavour and nutritional value. The mouth-watering aroma of the roasted vegetables and the creamy sauce awakens the senses. Each bite offers a harmonious combination of textures and flavours, evoking the comfort of a home-cooked meal.
What changes in the new recipe?
We reworked the sauce, making it more minimalist but with an even better flavor. We added green beans to the mix to add color and enhance the richness of the ingredients already present.
