How Continental Deliveries Work (Portugal and Spain)
We deliver to Portugal and Spain (except Islands) through a partnership with the transport company MRW.
All orders are scheduled for delivery from Tuesday to Friday - just choose the date you want to receive it.

Pay attention to delivery and storage
It is very important that there is someone at the address you indicated, on the day you indicated.
Deliveries usually take place in the morning, at most until 1pm - but depending on the carrier's delivery demand, it may happen slightly later.
As soon as you receive your order, we ask that you store the meals directly in the freezer as soon as possible.

Shipping method and materials
Meals are delivered in a passive freezing environment (cool box and negative water heaters). All the material we send for this purpose can be reused by you - reuse them!
